Your email address is stored locally on your device for license validation.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chord Whisper Piano application ("App"), provided by [Your Name or Company] ("we", "us", or "our").

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Mac computers you own or control, for personal or professional use.

2. Purchase & Activation

Chord Whisper Piano is a one-time purchase. No subscription is required. License activation is linked to your email address and may be validated online. It is your responsibility to keep your license credentials secure.

2.1 Refund Policy

If you purchase the App directly from our website and reside in the European Union, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless you have explicitly agreed to waive this right during checkout in order to begin immediate access to the software.

If you purchased the App through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please refer to Apple’s refund policy.

3. Updates

4. Data & Privacy
